First, you choose a plan based on how many letters you would like your loved one to receive each month.

To make the experience even more special, there’s an option to include a prepaid return envelope with each letter, making it easy for your loved one to write back to their pen pal.

If desired, we can also match your loved one with a new pen pal for every letter—it’s completely up to you.

Our Promise:

• Your personal information will never be shared with our volunteers.

• For those who prefer a new pen pal each time, only the first name and any information you choose to share (such as age, health status, etc.) will be given. If you prefer not to share any details, only the first name will be provided.

• We receive and review all incoming and outgoing mail before it is delivered to your loved one or our volunteers (if they choose to write back).

• We reserve the right to edit or decline any letters that contain offensive language or talk about politics or hate of any kind to ensure a positive and respectful experience for everyone.

Our trusted volunteers write personalized, heartfelt letters that are carefully reviewed by our team to ensure safety and quality. Once approved, we print and mail these letters directly to your loved one,

All personal information, such as full name, email, and mailing address, is securely stored and handled with strict confidentiality and never shared with your writer.

If your loved one wants to reply or connect with their pen pal, they absolutely can!

We offer the option to include a prepaid return envelope with each letter, making it easy and convenient for them to write back. When your loved one sends a reply, our team reviews the letter to ensure safety and quality before forwarding it to their pen pal.

If they enjoy the connection, they can continue writing back and forth with the same pen pal. Or, if they prefer, they can also choose to be matched with a new pen pal for each letter, giving them a chance to make new friends and enjoy fresh conversations.

You can choose from different plans that send anywhere from 1 to 4 letters per month, depending on what fits your loved one’s needs and your budget.

Currently, we send letters within the United States only, with plans to expand as the community grows.
