Eligibility:
This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years and older. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of YourPenPal.com are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter:
Participants must fill out the official entry form, including a valid email address, to enter the giveaway. Entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Winner Selection:
We pick one lucky winner every month from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
Prize:
The winner will receive a free personalized pen pal experience for one month, matched with a pen pal based on the information and interests provided in the sign-up form. You may also receive monthly emails with special offers from YourPenPal.com, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Winner Notification:
Winners will be notified via the email address provided within 7 business days after the selection. If a winner does not respond within 10 days, another winner may be selected.
Prize Acceptance:
The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
Privacy:
Participant information collected in this giveaway will be used only to administer the giveaway and to send updates or offers as described. Emails will not be sold or shared with any third parties outside of YourPenPal.com, nor will they be shared between the pen pal participants (sender and receiver).
General Conditions:
YourPenPal.com reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate, offensive, or not in compliance with these terms. The company also reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
